Jack In The Box - Los Angeles

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Jack in the Box. The cashier failed to greet me upon entering, so I asked her why, and she responded, "You have to earn my greeting." I requested to speak with a manager, but she claimed she was the manager. When another employee approached, I tried to explain the situation again, but she leaned down and said, "If they keep coming back..."

I had a really disappointing experience at the restaurant. I was left waiting for a long time without any acknowledgment, and when I finally asked why no one greeted me, I was told that since I was paying with EBT, I didn't deserve a greeting. I felt mistreated and undervalued as a customer.

The customer service inside is very poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. You won't receive a warm welcome, but you'll definitely feel their stares.

This place sucks like I can't even get a refill? what a **** is that doesn't come here unless you want to be demolished

To be honest avoid this location if possible. The actual service and workers are Great and provide you with quality jack in the box food quickly. But the whole area is surrounded by homelessness unfortunately (a woman was bathing herself right next to the menu while I ordered). Also the outside of the store has rats and obvious drug usage around vicinity. Typical LA regardless. Even If you're in a pinch just go to another location as you do not want to get out of your car near this location if you can help it.
