Jack In The Box - Los Angeles

I arrived early in the morning at Jack-in-the-Box to use the restroom and grab a meal for a friend. When I asked to use the restroom, the staff member—whose name I didn't catch—told me that the restrooms were closed. I inquired about where she went to the bathroom, but she didn't provide an answer. She mentioned that since she was at work, paying customers could not use the restroom even after purchasing food. So, if you need to use the restroom, it's best not to come here to buy food.

I'm not a fan, my kids wanted to eat Jack but as always everything cold and dry. I walked in, the diner looks like a crime scene chairs toppled on top of eachother with caution tape, no dine in I guess. I ordered 3 combos, a couple of chicken sandwiches and nuggets. I received everything in separate bags and 1 cup holder, it was a balancing act.

My very first time stopping at this jack on my way to work, my experience was so disappointing . I order a breakfast sandwich combo, cashier at first window hand me my oj. Second window to pick my food was also handing me one, I replied I got it already. When I got my food, it was super cold, hash brown and my sandwich like it had been sitting there for hours.

Quick and efficient service. My order was hot and precise. The staff greeted me with a smile, which really made my day.

It took some time to place our order, but since it was late in the evening, that was understandable. Overall, the food was fresh and the service was good.
