Fatburger Buffalo's Express

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I absolutely loved the flavors of the burger and the potatoes. I highly recommend it—100% worth it!

I finally had the chance to try this burger spot, and to be honest, considering the price I paid, I think the Bay Area has better burgers. I was disappointed; even though the food was fresh, it really lacked flavor and seasoning. I could barely taste or see any cheese in the burger because the condiments were piled on too thick. The fries were tasty, but they left my mouth feeling dry, even with ketchup. I ordered the Fat Fries, which are basically steak fries, while they also offer skinny fries like those at any typical burger joint. Unfortunately, this experience didn't meet my expectations, and I don't think I'll be coming back.

This is a great Fat Burger! The burgers are fresh, well-cooked, and tender. The restaurant is clean, and the cashier is polite. The indoor dining area is spacious. The only improvement I would suggest is updating the restroom facilities, including the fixtures, hand dryer, and paper towels.

I love the milkshake here but there is a problem that I have been going for the last three times and they give me the old frozen milkshake out of the freezer. I need a milkshake not ice cream and I have been getting poor service for three times and this time I asked them to change my drink and they were rude?

Great prompt and friendly service from the team member with cornrows! He's a great guy and deserves a raise!
