Beware of the 20% additional service charge that the restaurant claims doesn?t count towards tip?. This is conveniently only noted in person and not on the online version of the menu. I fully understand a slight living wage upcharge or even menu pricesincreases but if a customer essentially has to pay 40% on top of their bill just to ensure the waiter gets tipped properlythat?s actually insane?. Especially when this info isn?t listed anywhere until you?re seated at the restaurant

The owners and staff at this restaurant are incredibly kind and the menu is very creative. Whether you are vegan or not, you must try the mushroom sandwich. The wings and shrimp toast are also popular choices. The wine selection here is exceptional and carefully curated.

The restaurant is charming and the decor is fantastic! The food was satisfactory, but I found the prices to be on the higher side - $150 for a bottle of wine and three small plates is a bit steep for me. I expect something more delicious at that price point. Additionally, a $20 bottle should not be marked up to $68 at a restaurant. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly, and the menu was creative. However, I was not a fan of the 20% service fee and being encouraged to tip even more.

My friends and I visited this restaurant on Sunday night and absolutely adored the charming and cozy atmosphere. It’s the ideal spot for a date night or a get-together with a small group of friends.
