Very bad Customer Service. When I arrived to the restaurant I headed to the register to pay for my order and was completely ignored by the staff who had me waiting more than 15 minutes to pay for my order ? restaurant was not even busy. The food is ok.Muy mal servicio al cliente.

It is hard for me to say what is authentic Salvadorean cuisine; however, El Pulgarcito offers many choices not found in other restaurants. If you want fast service, arrive early in the morning. This place tends to fill up all of a sudden, and especially when there are futbol matches that are important or classics. Atol chuco, AKA Atol negrito, is my favorite drink. There is a $1 charge when you pay with a credit card and there is no way to tip waitresses except with cash.
