E.a.k. Ramen Sushi Roll - Los Angeles

I truly adore this charming and welcoming little place on Melrose Ave. The ramen is among the best in the area. The service is friendly and well-informed. This is my go-to spot for bringing friends and family!

My new favorite restaurant! I absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and it's definitely a wonderful place to visit.

As a self-proclaimed ramen enthusiast, I must say this is only the second time I’ve awarded a five-star rating to a ramen restaurant. The only minor critique I have is the thickness of the broth; I'm more accustomed to such richness and heartiness in tsukemen ramen. The chashu pork, however, is incredibly tender, distinctly different from what many places serve these days. I also have to mention that the seasoned egg here is, without a doubt, the most delicious I've ever tasted at a ramen shop. I could easily write several chapters about this restaurant, but to keep it brief, they truly pay attention to every detail, which sets them apart. I only wish they were looking for investors so I could justify dining here more frequently.

Best ramen I've tried in years and a reasonable price. Definitely would go back!
