Daves Hot Chicken - Los Angeles

A great a place for some great chicken. The taste is unique and adds a kick of heat depending on what heat you want. THE environment was a little hot (didn't seem to have AC) but the service was very friendly and food was out quick! They are a great place to try if you want some good chicken with a kick of heat and a lot of flavor!

Good place to go try some uniquely seasoned fried chicken. I recommend ordering the basic chicken slider which is combo number one. It's a good size portion and it's very good.

During a weekend getaway to LA for Valentine's Day, I was eager to visit this restaurant, and it certainly lived up to my expectations! Given its popularity on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, I can totally see why people rave about it. DHC serves mouthwatering chicken sandwiches and delicious milkshakes—I recommend the chocolate! The food is delightfully spicy but not overwhelmingly so; even the Reaper sandwich isn't too hot. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the customer service is excellent. Plus, the artwork on the walls adds a nice touch. This place is a must-visit if you're in the area!

The chicken was moist and served hot, which I really enjoyed. However, I rated it 3 stars because I found it to be quite pricey for what you get. I prefer going to Pollo Loco instead, as it's more affordable and you leave feeling full.

I've loved Dave's Hot Chicken since the first time I tried it, but lately, I've noticed that they're starting to serve very small portions of fries. At this location, they often give you just 10 fries on a tiny paper plate along with one packet of sauce. Come on, I'm paying over $15 for a meal!
