Dave's Hot Chicken - Los Angeles

A week ago, I filled out a feedback survey but have yet to receive any acknowledgment. I also reached out to the Ventura location again to inquire if there was a regional manager available. Although I spoke with the manager, they informed me that there are no regional managers for Dave's Hot Chicken, as it operates as a franchise. As a result, I was unable to cancel my order and did not pick it up, yet I was still charged for a large order. I am looking for any suggestions on how to contact this location for a refund, as I am from out of state and cannot visit in person. Overall, I am dissatisfied with this location's customer service and would like a refund. I do want to express my gratitude to the Ventura location for being responsive.

I first tried Dave's Hot Chicken in LA, and while I found it just okay at the time, my perspective changed after my second visit in Vegas — I completely fell in love with it! Now, I find myself craving it every week or so. The sandwiches come in various heat levels, and I typically opt for the spicier options.

What can I say. Dave’s hot chicken was an experience. I got the 2 sliders with fries, this was our second time, first time they forgot some condiments, nothing big, we got the mild, next time we will go for the spicier one, mild is good flavor is there for sure! I’ll have to try the spicier flavors soon. Recommended.

I came here with my boyfriend and then again to pick up food for my kids. The food is really good unexpectedly. I'm really glad I gave this place a try I find myself craving it sometimes now needless to say I'll be back. The sauce flavor is very good Andi always get hot spiciness .

Mr Mendoza the manager I believe his name is. I appreciate the hospitality. Some managers aren't so kind and they could come off as egotistical. It was my first visit. My wife and I love tenders so we decided to try Daves. The fries are delicious with that sauce and the tenders are pretty juicy.Kid-friendliness: Management was kind but the overall experience was amazingWheelchair accessibility: Easy to access the restaurant and easy to maneuver throughout the restaurant.
