Contribuiți la feedbackI am vegetarian and have been for 10+ years. To my surprise I found a huge piece of meat in my meal.
I was told in a round that I was from the manager marilyn santos and her personal lying when I told them that they used to give the united armed forces veterans 1/2 out of the cost of their meals here with military ID. I brought my friends and family here and as a disabled veterinarian with respect and would have been treated. not only do they no longer appreciate that the quality of the food was greatly reduced, and they are nitpicky over the amount of their injurious portions. they gave them extra tortillas when they asked for free. that was less than 3 years ago when I lived in va too foot from there. it's hard to be pathetic as they have changed.
I really like that chipotle now has lifestyle bowls. It makes it easier to order using their app or online. Thee food is always well cooked and service is fast. I usually order on the app to pick up and it's always ready on time. The restaurant is clean and has good seating space.
So I shouldn't be surprised, but I was charged twice for tacos that I never received. This is now required me to spend 10 minutes emailing chipotle customer service, without any response. Then I had to call the store, which said they couldn't help and I had to call corporate. I then spent 20 minutes on the phone with corporate getting both transactions allegedly refunded. Their phone system is so screwed up that the customer service rep and I were talking over each other the entire time. so in summary, I've now wasted over an hour of my time chasing tacos that I never got, and $18.40 that chipotle tried to take from me.
Gave two because the food was fresh but the price is like robing customers. Note to staff guys even if you are trained to keep very less qualities but please keep your common sense that when keep a 1/4 spoon of avocado and charging $2.60 come on will you guys go to the grocery store and buy avocado for 5$.
