Food always good and close to the area but sad the restroom are locked both of them they not allow to use for anybody. They still thinking we are in pandemic time and scaring themselves this regulations or restrictions feeling is not worthy for the People who come and buy here they don?t allow to have restrooms available to anyone who comes inside this place.

The girl with the faded pink hair needs to check her attitude this was on 10/23 at 7:20-7:25ish. I've always visited this Carls Jr and the service is always exceeded my expectations. However today it did not, my dad and I head her say 5 piece chicken tenders (what I ordered) and I went up and she said very rudely I didn't call you and I say anything to you. Which could have been handled two different ways. I did the grown up thing and walked away. And someone else gave me my order in stead. I wish she did so I could have checked her. But please correct her attitude. I also come from the fast food industry and I never treated a misunderstanding like this. -Thanks

They get your order wrong while waiting for our order not kidding almost everyone went back to complain about missing items or wrong items. The counter where they are making the food is completely dirty! They dont dust off the excess that falls when making the burgers.. bad establishment ladies restroom hasnt been working for almost a month now they only let you use the mans restroom....

Worst drive thru ever. Waited around 30 min just to get my food

This review goes to marie h . The person that is in the drive thru window bad costumer service so rude throwing our order out the window just because it was time for her clock out if you dont like your job it aint for you !?
