Cafe Mak - Los Angeles

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and was thoroughly impressed. Despite not being fancy, the atmosphere is cozy and peaceful with soft music playing in the background and warm lighting. Although I dined alone, I am looking forward to returning with friends in the future. I highly recommend it.

I enjoy coming to this restaurant to work, the atmosphere is so cozy and pleasant. However, it is quite pricey. I ordered a coffee and some fries, and it came out to almost $20 with the tip included! I would recommend it to those who can afford it. Just be aware that you are expected to order something from the menu and not bring in your own food, as they will charge you a $5 fee.

I absolutely love that this restaurant stays open late and offers a wide variety of options. The atmosphere is fantastic.

Love this place! So much space and a parking lot! The interior has so many separate seating areas that give the space a cozy feel. Lots of people studying/working here, but also great hangout place. Didn’t love the Pat Bing Su (a weird combination of toppings), but overall still love this place.

Ideal to study, write, or shoot emails from. Interior “library” is charming and cozy, especially compared to all the sterile coffee shops that have taken over LA. The chicken pesto sandwich I ordered was good. Drinks are pricey unless you add it to a combo, but the price is definitely to cover your stay.
