Contribuiți la feedbackYour staff is responsible for creating a positive experience for all guests with proper training especially in a very mediocre place. There might b a rude cook in the back that gets upset at honest feedback and needs to be restrained to avoid further badreviews.
No lie worst food ive ever seen couldnt even eat it the chicken was so dry an over cooked it looks like they just put it straight in the fryer no seasoning or flour egg wash nothing
Stopped by cuz it was open late, their drive thru is... interesting. Worried for these young working girls having to walk outside to take orders, seems dangerous. But the cheeseburger... I know we're in tough times, but my sisters in christ, why arewe rationing lettuce? My $10 burger combo legit only had one limp leaf????
Long wait. You'll be here for 15/20 minutes and employees won't acknowledge you. You ask for help and they ignore you, Everyone waiting was complaining. They got one guys order wrong (who was waiting for a long time) and he didn't even care to have themfix it. He had enough of the waiting. I was picking up and online order and i had to wait ages before anyone even acknowledgedme I know y'all are busy and the people do seem to be working very hard, but please at least acknowledge your customerswaiting. Even if you can't assist immediately. You're loosing business even though you get lots of it. Two people left the linebecause of the lack of communication and assistance
The first time my husband and I tried this spot, two Carne asada burritos, I like meat only, but my husband likes rice/beans in his, they were both nice plump burritos, asada was tender, meat from end to end, we said we have our new burrito spot . Thenext time, we got the same identical thing, my husband enjoyed his, but my burrito mirrored a burrito from taco bell, it was sothin, I ended up tearing away a lot of tortilla, I was extremely disappointed. My husband stated, maybe it was a different person from the last time, could be, but whomever is there, should maintain a consistency regardless of who 's tending to thefood. It 's bad to have your customers coming to the establishment expecting one thing, but get side tracked with something else,it 's not good business, and does not help to maintain your customer base, and it places a dark cloud on the business, becauseyou never know what you 're going to get, I felt cheated.
