Bludso's Que - Los Angeles

The BBQ was disappointing. The ribs were boiled, lacked flavor, and were quite dry. The sauce had a chalky texture. The only good side dish was the potato salad. We tried rib tips, ribs, chicken, and beef sausage, but everything was extremely dry, cold, and had no taste. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who is serious about BBQ. I recently placed a Catering order for a Family event I was hosting,I only needed side dishes and a dessert for my event. The process with Bludsos from beginning to end was very smooth and professional, When I arrived to pick up my order,not only was my order hot and ready for pick up but they helped me carry the bags to my car. I highly recommend Bludsos whether you dine in or Cater, the service was top notch and the food was delicious! I will definitely Cater from Bludsos for any future events!!

Great food, family style makes it fun to share a meal with friends. Pulled over to get gas across the street and were pleasantly surprised by our lunch here. Service: 5
