Barrio Italian Bistro - Los Angeles

The food was excellent, but the service was quite disappointing. We had to fetch our own plates and silverware. While the server was alone and it was busy, that doesn't excuse neglecting customers. He never offered an apology for the delays or for forgetting our drinks. There’s definitely a need for improvement in the area of hospitality.

The service I received was the worst I've ever experienced. It was completely unacceptable.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is both delicious and fresh. I typically order the spaghetti and meatballs, but this time I tried the linguine with clams, and it exceeded my expectations.

Just came back from Italy and I still really like this place! That says a lot. Low key and really underrated and have been here multiple times. Pasta is al dente and the flavors are so well done without being heavy or overly rich. Great addition to the neighborhood.

The lemon sause was amazing. Going back soon to have it again.
