All Savory Vegan - Los Angeles

My partner and I ordered from their kitchen. we ordered the Sampler plate because we have been trying vegan food for a long time near la. Unfortunately there was nothing on the plate that is remarkable, at least not in a positive light. I will save most details, but eating was just badly presented, badly prepared, and taste was best lacking. all that was baked was barely adhering to the food and the broth itself was salty. definitiw will not be back. just because I don't give a star is because I feel that I've eaten worse before. they save their money, buy them elsewhere.

Delicious food, but the southern fried tofu had smaller portions than their loose fishing location.

Just get the sampler plate. it's something they can't ruin, everything else seems simple and dirty.

I am unsure if today was just an off day for this establishment. I ordered the beignets, the jambalaya, and the gator bites. The beignets had less powdered sugar on them than what I have seen in other reviews and pictures. The jambalaya and gator bites had good flavors but were extremely salty, making it difficult to eat much of either dish. I ended up feeling very thirsty because of the saltiness. The portion sizes were generous, especially with the gator bites. Although I understand that this is a to-go ghost kitchen and not a sit-down restaurant, it would be helpful if they had a phone number for customers to call. I have nut allergies and many vegan products contain nuts, so I wanted to call and make sure what I ordered was safe for me to eat, but no one answered the phone. This wasn't the first time either. I would be willing to give Souley Vegan another chance in the future, but for now, it wasn't a satisfying experience for me.
