Mâncarea a fost medie în cel mai bun caz. Parmezanul de pui nu era un bucătar gătit sau preparat cu mâncare proaspătă. În cel mai bun caz, a fost un pâine înghețat și presat, foarte foarte subțire. Cea mai bună parte a mesei a fost sosul, salata și compania mea Vezi toate recenziile.
Ce nu-i place lui User la Soprano:
Nu are personal cu un singur server de Ziua Îndrăgostiților. Fără manager de etaj, personal neprofesionist și cu experiență. Mâncarea are potențiale paste proaspete, dar înoată în ulei sub o lampă de căldură, aplicații decente și pizza. Managementul sperant va investi și va realiza acest potențial Vezi toate recenziile.
The service at the restaurant was rated one star, while the food received two stars. We arrived at 6:30 for our reservation, with an 8 pm show at the Pantages Theater next door. We were promptly served water, but it took 25 minutes for our server to finally show up and take our drink and food orders, after I had to inquire with the hostess. Unfortunately, four other couples who were seated around the same time as us left before being attended to. Our appetizers and main course arrived at the table almost simultaneously. We had to search for our server to order coffee and request the check. To our surprise, a 20% tip was added to our bill for a party of two without our consent. My husband had to ask multiple times for creamer for his coffee. Overall, I was torn between one or two stars, but the imposition of a 20% tip for such poor service was unacceptable.
The restaurant was under-staffed on Valentine's Day with only one server. There was no floor manager on duty, and the staff appeared to be unprofessional and inexperienced. The food had potential, with fresh pasta, but it was swimming in oil under a heat lamp. The appetizers and pizza were decent. Hopefully, the management will invest in improving the staff and realizing the restaurant's potential.
The food was mediocre at best. The Chicken Parmesan seemed to be pre-made and not freshly prepared by a chef. It appeared to be a frozen and tough pressed patty, very thin. The highlight of the meal was the sauce, the salad, and the company I was with.
Food is actually excellent which is surprising because the place doesn’t feel fully open and there’s no ambience and the furniture is cheap looking. Hope they figure it out. Definitely worth going for the food!
Came at 8:30 for a reservation during their soft opening, they said they had done their last seating and didn’t have our reservation. After telling them we had made one on OpenTable they went ahead and seated us. Glad they did. The food we had was awesome and so was the wine. Everything we had we enjoyed and the server took great care of us. Recommend that you give this place a try!
