Mimi's Bistro Bakery Los Feliz

Come here because I was waiting for my car to be fixed in the shopping center.. One of the cutest hidden gems in Los Feliz. I love that the environment is a cute family friendly atmosphere. My server, Alex was awesome. He was super attentive (without being over baring) and gave wonderful recommendations. I ordered the Santa Fe omelette, which was cooked to perfection. It was a decent serving size as well, enough for me to eat and not be overstuffed yet full. I love the fact that there, breakfast, lunch, and dinner has so much variety. And this place has reasonable prices especially for the amount of food you get. I will definitely be back to try more items from the menu, and some of their drinks as well. They also have a really cool seasonal menu for the holidays that I have to check out.

The food was tasty. It was my first time there. I got the onion soup. There was the usual cheese and onions, but there was a large floater in it. I tried to cut it with my spoon with no luck. I then used a fork, no luck. I then spooned it and tried to bite it, almost breaking my teeth. I asked the waiter what it was. He told me it was bread! I told him I almost broke my teeth on it. He said he'd tell the guys in the back ! What does that mean to a customer

The food is delicious, but it comes with a hefty price tag.
