Whataburger - Lorena

During lunch on a Saturday, it was busy and the staff seemed to be handling everything with good efficiency and gave great customer service to everyone that was there at the time. The food was fresh and made to order, I threw in a couple of twists onthe multiple orders and they handled them perfectly. The on duty manager was friendly and helpful. I've heard less thanstellar reviews about the night shift but this is a review of the day shift weekends.

Hands down the best Whataburger in Texas which would make it the best Whataburger in the entire world. Super clean, super friendly, super fresh, super fast, and SUPER DUPER TASTY! My order has never had even the slightest mistake in over 25 years!Gerrod is the man! 10/10 recommend

I made an online order tonight and I don 't complain or send food back because we 'll...it 's a given the food will be tampered with. I put my order in before she did and I was waiting for fresh fries . My burger itself was completely opposite of what Iwanted and I didn 't realize until I was at the room and saw.. I attempted to call and let them know that someone else 's got thewrong food but they don 't pick up the phone..

Did not get what I ordered. Waiting additional 20 minutes and at that point I will just not go back. If you have the time to verify everything and wait it may be worth it, unfortunately I've got a family and busy life and you cannot count on pickuporder being correct the first time. Missing shake, drinks and kids fruits snacks. I asked for what I could remember, they arenice but organization is not there.

We stopped on the way home from Dallas. Son had to have it. I got a double, too much food... Always good though. Wish you guys would use paper instead of styrofoam though.
