Sonic Drive-in - Longview

I visit this restaurant three times a week, and every time, the staff is friendly and ensures my order is accurate. The wait time is minimal, and the food is always served hot and fresh. Watch out, Churches and Popeyes—if they begin selling chicken, you might be in trouble!

The service was excellent. We ordered drinks but did not try any food, so I can't comment on that.

I gave this restaurant 4 stars because the chicken filet was overcooked. However, the carhop was attentive and asked if we needed anything, bringing us ketchup, which I really appreciated!

As a result, I had to report that the store was closed, even though it wasn’t, and because of that, DoorDash didn't refund me for the order. This lazy employee not only wasted my gas and time but also cost me money. This incident happened on November 15, 2022. The employee had 18 minutes to prepare an order with just five small items. When I finally reached out to DoorDash, they told me that the merchant claimed they started working on the order right at 11 PM. This is a blatant lie, as I waited until 11:06 PM and saw that he hadn’t moved from his spot since my arrival. Such unprofessionalism and laziness are completely unacceptable.

Bought a gift card for my friend in Las Vegas. They're everywhere! Yea!!! But HAD to get a MINI M&M Blast while I was there. Great!
