Rotolo's Pizzeria - Longview

I stopped by for a quick dinner pickup and ordered ahead through Google Maps. However, the link directed me to call in my order if I wasn't using a third-party app like DoorDash. After about 30 minutes, I arrived at the restaurant and spoke with the hostess, who informed me that my food wasn't quite ready yet. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for my order. While this isn't unusual, it would be helpful to have a clearer estimate of the wait time when placing an order. I also discovered that different locations might offer different menu items. I was hoping to get the truffle fries, which are available at the Ruston location, but unfortunately, they weren't served here. On a positive note, the wings I did order were fantastic—flavorful and well-seasoned. Great job!

I absolutely adore Rotolo's Pizzaria! They serve some of the best calzones in town. Plus, it's a great bonus that they offer them at half price on Wednesdays. Depending on how many you order and how busy the restaurant is, they usually take about 15 minutes to prepare.

The pizzas had very little sauce, but the worst part was the gluten-free cheese sticks. They arrived without any pepperoni or extra cheese. I informed the waitress, and she quickly took the tray back and apologized. Thirty minutes later, someone brought out the exact same cheese sticks, but this time with pepperoni and more cheese on top! My party had been waiting for my food to arrive, and by that time, their food was cold. I showed the waitress the burnt, overcooked cheese sticks, and she went to tell the manager, who decided to remove it from the bill. I picked through the mess while everyone else struggled to enjoy their cold meals.

2022 update after 1 1/2 years...still my wife favorites pizza. we get a week. I have tried their unique collection of small brewery barrel beer. a new one is added when the barrel is empty. never touch the same twice. they update the line-up daily...and I learned today that their customers can download an app for their phone, which will make all the designs available, and as I sit here today, I put the pizza order of my wife. they are not full. but I wear a double mask and I am the only person masked. very spacious. good access for anyone who uses a walker. the personal is helpful. eating is good. a person or group can be comfortable. calmed. my wife and I moved from dallas to longview in 2020. my wife didn't want to get out. new year 2021. my wife wanted white pizza. she has food allergies. she found a fabulous white pizza in rotolos pizzeria. so good! great pizza. great service. really wonderful service. recommend them in their order for pickup. good website. bonus: it is nextdoor to fabulous smallcakes bakery. they can go both a good meal here and a great dessert togo nextdoor. Rotolo 's pizzeria is also a sport bar with a full menu for eating in the interior. they were very busy when I arrived. large selection of designs beer and beeping on. the selection changes as a new bank of the brew is empty. always fresh not flat and wonderful full gunst in any extra great food and brew combination with big screen sports action. see my pictures. great pizza to go

Great food and entertainment. the live music was beautiful. service was excellent. garten alfredo pizza was really good.
