Jucys Hamburgers - Longview

They got the order wrong. I didn't go back for 2 months. When I did, they got the order wrong again. I didn't go back for 5 months. That was today, 7-6-23, and guess what... they got the order wrong. I want what I pay for and I think thats a reasonable expectation. The Gilmer Rd location is great. Eastman Rd, not so much.

The burgers and fries we're good. My beef Patty was over salted.. In any event, it didn't last very long because I went to the restroom. It smells like sewage and urine. It was hot. And no ventilation in there. I threw up in the sink And no ventilation in there I threw up in the sink on my way to the urinal. I hope management reads this cause no eating establishment should ever have a smelly bathroom after you eat a meal.

First off it was freezing in there, even my husband was cold. The burgers weren't very good, not very juicy at all. Fried green tomatoes were okay, husband said they were too squishy. One of the come machines was out of ice, and the other was out of sprite. Beans and onion rings were good as always.

This place is really great, we used to live here and really miss the burgers. Thought we would stop in and wasn't disappointed. One of the better burger places. They did get my order wrong, I hate mustard and specifically asked for them to not put that have mayo only. There was mustard and I was just to tired to deal with so I ate it. I would recommend this place. Their beans were great as always

Ate here with a coworker. The food was fantastic, local place in Longview. It had some unique items and also gave you free beans which were a nice added bonus.
