Long John Silver's - Longview

We visited this restaurant yesterday and were thoroughly impressed. Mackenzie provided outstanding customer service—she was incredibly friendly, outgoing, and attentive! The food was fresh and delicious, and we will definitely be returning. Mackenzie truly deserves a raise or a promotion to manager!

Completely disappointing. This place should be shut down. The condition of the building was poor and it definitely needed a health inspection. They were out of coleslaw, and the containers for the cocktail sauce were covered in sticky residue.

This restaurant could use some significant attention and additional staff. However, the few employees on duty are excellent and do their best to provide quick service. Unfortunately, waits can be lengthy due to only having two staff members working at any given time. As for parking, it can be challenging to navigate during peak hours.

I was there 3 times at dinner and ordered Mac and cheese and none was available. I can understand if it was at the end of the evening, but it was 5-6 a.m. beginning of dinner. A cook has a setting when questioned about prep work. I felt really bad for the front help to answer his problem. I have been chef for over 30 years and find this behavior unacceptable and knows that it will hurt your business in the long term. I would like to answer this issue to know that it is being treated.

Horrible experience. Will not ever return. The cashier couldn't count out change for 100. Very rude, and the cook doesn't know how to count to 16. I got a 16 piece fish with 4 sides. The sides were awful. Very disappointed. The health department needs to intervene. Please do not go here.
