El Sombrero - Longview

Our server was fantastic! The restroom was clean, and everything we ordered was delicious, including the drinks. I’ve never had a quesadilla as big or as tasty as the one they served me. Their chips and salsa were also outstanding. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Best salsa I had in a very long time. jalapeño tree, at the border, papasita’s, tele’s. none of these places something near the delicious taste of salsa here. I had the steak- and chicken-fajitas, white Queso-dips and lutch of salsa!

My family I went this past Friday. It was packed but our wait was short our food was amazing. Our waiter was awesome! Very in tune with us needing refills speedy with taking our order getting it turned in. Will definitely be back. Only issue we saw was that our booth was dirty the floor underneath it was wet from a drink being spilt.

Eating here is absolutely delicious. it came from several people very recommended so that we decided to give it a chance and are so glad that we did it! service was good, no complaining. the prices are a tad higher, but definitiw the quality and taste worth!

The atmosphere was amazing, and the food was even better. Our server, CJ, was fantastic and recommended the Papa Nachos, which were excellent. My only complaint was that the carbonation in the Coke machine was broken, resulting in flat drinks; however, this minor issue didn’t affect my overall experience, and I don’t hold the restaurant responsible for it. CJ was attentive and quick to address the problem by getting us something else. I give this experience a solid 5 stars—easily the best Tex-Mex in Longview!
