Jefes was so good! many vegan options. first straight vegan options are marked on the menu as such. the escabeche house paved jicama, carrot, jalapeño tweezers or chips guaac or salsa. second, many of their tacos and burritos can be made vegan with a selection of vegetables, cauliflower, avocado. we had the streets tacos with squash and the legendary burrito with the cauliflower not a cheese. Each burrito can also be tied to a chimichanga and dressed with guacamole pico de gallo. the best choice we met. it was like a big Burrito luxury. the flower charcoal guaac refried bohnen combination was great, and honest, I still think about when I can have it again. the dessert menu had a vegan option of mango sorbet with compott and chile seasoned. I was not so excited, but the combination of sweet mango sorbet, with the fruit and spicy chili was surprisingly good. some other comments: the escabeche is a bit sharp, conscious was a pitcher of the gurkenmarg. It was just okay. our glasses were not salted and I think it might have made the aromes a bit more complex.

Not sure why these reviews aren't higher! All of the delicious tacos can be made vegan. The prices are also fair.

This place has vegan tacos, sides and desserts! We ate like 3 4 tacos each and it was delicious. Get the squashacado taco without the sauce and you will be in heaven. They have a bar area of various hot sauces you can take and try at your table too. The liquor and drinks are the best in the area for anything with tequila. Highly recommend this place!

I was excited after seeing a number of good reviews on different sites. The tacos are tiny and they were flavorless and I tried four of them. I had to add a spicy sauce to give them some flavor. Very disappointed. :

Was able to try quite a few different options with the group of vegans I went with. Everything was really good, and reasonably priced.
