Hero Burger - London

Every time I go in, there's no one. I have to call to help. I was three times a month and the floor is stylistic. Gross used to be great. I'm so disappointed.

The first time Hero Burger tries. Not much taste for the preformed patty. It had a sponge texture and was quite bland. The frits tasted like frozen business bought pommes can make you home. For a place specializing in Burger, I was not impressed.... It won't be back.

I ordered a burger on a whole wheat bean. I went home and sat down to eat it and realized that it was only raw to see that there was mold on the burger. Totally unacceptable!

We ordered from Hero Seafood and they are the same restaurant as Hero Burger, 40.00 for 6 pieces of fish no frits were calculated and the servings are about the size you would feed a child, called and was said that no frits come with our...order, worst service ever and I will say everyone stay, unbelievably worst service ever.

I love the cheeseburger with bacon at this restaurant, they really know how to make it well. The staff is friendly and helped me navigate the menu on my first visit. I was highly impressed with the fries and burger. This place is the best burger joint on the west end.
