168 Sushi Asian Buffet Bar - London

Robot server is an interesting touch. IPad ordering but can't send order in without a server coming. You only have an hour and a half then nothing else can be ordered. Food was good.

Haven’t been here in years, glad we went today was not disappointed, food was great atmosphere was good service was good and food was absolutely delicious

My boyfriend and I are in love with 168, however this is the first time we tried this location, instead of your go to at wonderland& Oxford. Huge disappointment. It’s shocking how different the quality of food, freshness, and staff is. Nothing tastes the same, the menu items are different, and the food is not fresh at all. It’s really unfortunate because usually our experience is 10/10, this location is a 3/10. We will be sticking to our Oxford and wonderland location for sure. The restaurant is beautiful though!!

I dined at this restaurant today and was surprised to see that a 15% tip was automatically added to our bill. I usually tip between 10-15%, depending on the quality of the service and food. I wonder if it would be more transparent to simply increase the menu prices by 15% instead of adding a mandatory tip. I was disappointed by this experience and do not plan on returning.

Food was good, but very baaaad customer service. Exceptionaly the lady in front entrance.As we are eating, there looking at us like it's for free...And service was slow...Honestly, it doesn't matter how good was the food, you have to treat all your customers with respect... you were not doing us a favor when we each gonna pay 43 tax tips common,You just lost 4 customers
