The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude and refused to honor my OpenTable reservation, claiming they do not reserve tables through OpenTable. This was disappointing, especially on a busy Friday evening.

Just as the same experience as Scarlett (Soho) over staffed lack of service. The waiter whom served us was very dazed and didn't take attention to what I ordered the other staff were chatting amongst themselves rather than providing our drinks. Than we found out that a dish we ordered wasn't available which wasn't even stated til all food got served.

Upon arriving for our Saturday night pre-theatre dinner, we found that the staff were slow to greet us and assist with taking our order at the bar or looking into reservations. Unfortunately, there was an issue with booking through OpenTable and our reservation was not found. Despite this, the staff were able to seat us at a table. The food was delicious and the service was friendly, but a bit slow, preventing us from ordering a second course.
