The Lounge at the Bulgari Hotel

I was satisfied with the service and food quality, I would recommend it to afternoon tea lovers.

I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. We sat near the fireplace on comfortable couches and it was a perfect place to rest after shopping nearby. The sandwiches served during afternoon tea were so delicious and the variety was wonderful. The scones and other desserts were equally good. We left there so full and even declined our server's offer for refills on anything we wanted. We would definitely return here for afternoon tea on our next visit to London.

My sister gifted us afternoon tea at The Lounge for Christmas, but our first visit in April was marred by staffing issues, despite the good food. The manager, however, was very apologetic and offered us a complimentary afternoon tea and voucher for another visit. We returned on Tuesday 14/8 and had a completely different, wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food delicious, and the atmosphere relaxing. Thank you for addressing the problem proactively and providing a lovely afternoon tea for my mum and me.
