We arrived to find that the terrace was closed for a private event, which meant our reservation should not have been accepted, even though it was confirmed the day before. The catering manager was very apologetic, and we enjoyed a drink inside, which was quite nice. However, it was still a bit disappointing not to be able to sit on the terrace.

While I’m hesitant to leave negative reviews as places start to reopen, I have to say this was by far the worst bar experience I've had in a long time. The staff were terrible; they seemed more focused on their platform sneakers and chatting with friends than on providing good customer service. I waited 39 minutes for two standard cocktails from their main menu, but after 40 minutes, I gave up and left. I decided to go to the Betjeman, right in front of the station, which offered a much better view and service—my drinks arrived in under two minutes, even without a reservation. You really need to do better or at least stop overselling your offerings on your website. I’m extremely disappointed.

Disappointingly disorganized establishment with slow service, overpriced drinks of poor quality, and overall one of the least impressive places I've encountered.

While the dings begin to reopen, they do not want to post negative reviews. that must be the worst cash I've visited for a long time. the personal was cruel. no customer with attention, more interest in their platform train and chat with their mates and videos (probably for booking for their instagram.) waited 39 minutes for two standard cocktails from their main drinks menu. collect them and left at 40 minutes and moved to betjeman on the front of the train station. better visibility and service with drinks within 2 minutes, although no reservation. you should and must do better. or do not send them their offer on their website. very disappointed.

I came for some dinner drinks in the sunshine. The site is making good use of a otherwise wasted bit of space and it’s very convenient. However there is no drinks menu except for (expensive) gin cocktails. There was no one at the front so you end up wandering about looking for someone. The music was too slightly too loud for conversation which seemed unnecessary for 6pm sunny afternoon. The truffle chips though were delicious. If I was staying at the hotel I’m sure I’d be happy to come here for a quick drink but I wouldn’t make the trip specially at the moment.
