Mother Clucker - London

After hearing high praise from her chicken suppliers, we decided to try Mother Clucker. We ordered the Hiumi fries, chicken tenders, and the fried chicken sandwich. The fries were delicious and well-prepared, but a bit too greasy; I think they would be better paired with a tangy green sauce to enhance the flavor. The sandwich was decent but didn't stand out—I’ve had better sandwiches that were easier to eat. The chicken tenders were definitely the highlight of the meal; they were juicy, perfectly cooked, and flavorful. The spicy red sauce was also delightful and definitely worth a try.

The food here is truly excellent. The chicken strips (£5.50 for 3) were incredibly tender and juicy. The burger (£6) had a great flavor. The Cajun fries (£3) were fantastic—I could easily eat five servings! The halloumi (£5 for 4 pieces) was a bit too oily for my taste. Overall, it was a wonderful experience; I really loved the atmosphere in the restaurant. The seating area is somewhat limited, and they only accept card payments.

The food is extremely tasty and delicious. I always order a Hello Beer with three strips. They may not have the same prices as other places, but the portion sizes are definitely larger compared to others.

Friday evenings, the halloumi seems to have always sold until I am there. good enough, maybe amazing. ordered mac and cheese, chickenburger and simple fries. pommes were pommes, but need salt, chickenburger was very good, as well as the mac and cheese. vibes are great for eating after work with employees. the staff are friendly and answer any question I had. Free stickers are always a good bonus. even 50% for NHS employees. will always be a customer here as I hope they do well!

Chicken wings were soft and succulent which had so much flavour, (I got the hot wings) the cajun fries are cooked to perfection as they were crispy and and seasoned along with the lime mayo and chilli sauce which is a great combination to go with your fries and wings. Lastly the cluck bun (chicken fillet burger) was amazing, it was soft and easy to bite into along with the sauce giving it extra flavour to your taste buds.
