Koshari Street - London

I’ve been going here for a few years it’s tasty and comforting, but prices have gone up and I no longer feel like it’s great value.

Koshari is one of our favourite meals (we cook it at home) so it was such a delight to introduce husband to Koshari Street. A shame to see they’ve started serving meat but definitely worth a visit if you are in central London!

Koshari Street impressed all the way around. The food was delicious, the price was right, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely visit again the next time we're in Covent Garden.

Don't expect to be blown away by this place. It's pre-made koshari that they put in a pot with a few trimmings and hand to you. However if you want some vegan, relatively healthy fast food, this place is great. The food is pre-made, so there is zero wait time, and there were seven seats (and zero other customers), so I had the option of eating in. Whilst eating, I didn't especially approve of a conversation between the two girls working there about how they were sick but... well it didn't put me off the good food. Recommended if you're nearby and want a quick meal, not a place to go out of your way for though.
