We booked out the entire dining section of Caboose for a mate's stag do last week.

Atop this stylish food truck, they serve exceptionally delicious burgers. The charcoal black burger was perfectly crafted, with a hint of smoky pulled pork. I would definitely return if I ever find myself in the area again.

Earlier this week, on the hottest day of the year, we made the decision to have our team meeting outside in the sun for lunch. As soon as the sun makes an appearance in London, everyone rushes to get out of the office and make the most of their lunch hour outdoors. With limited restaurants and pubs offering outdoor spaces in the city, competition is tough.

During my visit with my brother-in-law, we only had room for coffee and a sweet treat. The coffee blend, made with 2/3 Brazilian Santos and 1/3 Costa Rica Hacienda Aquares, was expertly prepared by a knowledgeable barista. The creamy cappuccino we enjoyed was one of the best coffees I've had in that hemisphere. The attention to detail and quality of the coffee made a strong impression on me. Although we only sampled the coffee during our visit, I am eager to return and try more of the menu offerings. Caboose has certainly left a positive impression on me, and I look forward to experiencing their food as well.
