Located in the original 19th-century ticket office hall of the station, this restaurant has done an impressive job of creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere in such a large space. They’ve utilized the area well, featuring an expansive bar that seems to stretch on indefinitely. I started my visit with a glass of champagne while perusing the menu. I opted for the burger, which was tender and juicy, and concluded my meal with a rich and delicious chocolate mousse paired with a dessert wine. The friendly staff made sure I felt relaxed and unhurried throughout my visit.

What a stunning location! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. We had dinner there, and our waiter Francesco was incredibly friendly. We tried the grilled fish he recommended, which was delicious, along with an Aperol spritz. I ordered the half roasted chicken with a martini, and everything was wonderful.

For instance, our main course took a staggering 90 minutes to arrive. An empty glass should prompt staff to offer a refill, yet that didn't happen. Additionally, I overheard a nearby table being told that they had run out of broccoli by 7 PM, which was disappointing. My fried fish sandwich, perhaps influenced by my worsening mood, ended up feeling like an upscale version of a Fillet o' Fish and was paired with overly salted fries. Kudos to the waitstaff, especially the lovely Mihaela, who acknowledged the issues and generously removed the main course from our bill and offered a complimentary glass of wine for the trouble. Despite this gesture, it's a real shame. This place has the potential to be one of London's top destinations or a fantastic starting point for an exciting outing elsewhere. However, until they rectify their service problems—an evident concern based on previous reviews—I would reluctantly suggest considering other options.

Such an enchanting place! Being there definitely feels like in a movie. The staff is amicable, and the dishes are incredible. If you want to celebrate something special or take your SO on a fancy date, I recommend this lovely spot.

Incredibly posh and exceptionally professional. The staff were extremely helpful and top-class service. Pricey drinks (as is to be expected) and an incredibly beautiful environment of architecture/decadence. Cider will cost you £7
