Coney Pizza - Lonaconing

I called and ordered onion rings, chicken tenders, a steak and cheese sub, and a bacon cheeseburger. It took over an hour and a half for my food to arrive. When it did, the sub was incorrect - it was a BLT instead of the steak and cheese that I ordered. I called to get the correct sub and was told I needed to return the BLT. After another hour, the correct sub finally arrived but we were told they didn't have the BLT back. The restaurant still insisted we pay for the mistaken BLT. Overall, it was a bad experience with poor customer service and the mistake was on their end.

I decided to try a new restaurant, but unfortunately, I will not be spending my money here again. In comparison to other places, the value for what you receive is much better. The pizza had very few toppings, and the "1/2 pound" of boneless wings we ordered for $9 were disappointing, as you can see from the photos. The ranch dressing spilled into the pickles because the lid on the container had morphed and spilled everywhere. The wings were a mix of small and large, and I expected to receive more to compensate for the very small ones. We ordered on wing night and wanted a variety of flavors but were told we had to order 10 of each, which was not what we wanted. The staff were not friendly on the phone or in person. Another customer was also complaining about their order when I arrived. It seems to be a common issue. Although I support local businesses, based on my experience and other reviews, I believe my dissatisfaction is shared by others. I drove 30 minutes from Keyser, so I wasn't going back to complain.

My wife ordered pizza but it was not delivered even after 2 hours. When she called to follow up, she was told that the order cannot be cancelled. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

In my opinion, Coney Pizza has the best wings with blue cheese.
