What a charming spot! The drinks were fantastic, and the waitstaff was extremely attentive. I had a wonderful time!

I stopped for lunch while passing through the area and had a great experience. There is paid parking available on the street, but I'm not sure if there's any free parking for the restaurant nearby. The food was delicious; we sampled the sandwiches, wraps, fish and chips, salad, and homemade chips. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! The restaurant boasts a unique aesthetic with original woodwork that reflects its historical era. The "Don't Call Me Shirley" drink offers a delightful twist on the classic Shirley Temple, making it a refreshing non-alcoholic choice. The Spinach Salad was exceptionally fresh, and the unexpected touch of golden delicious apples was a delightful surprise! Connected to The Hotel Gunter, which has a rich history dating back to the late 1800s, we look forward to returning to explore both places during our next visit to Frostburg, MD.

Very disappointed in my visit tonight. After reading reviews I was looking forward to a nice meal while travelling on business. I loved the building but that was about it. The ribeye was tough and had a very odd flavor profile that made me question if the meat was spoiled. The texture of the steak was almost as if it had been microwaved. No sear at all the steak was curled. Probably the worst restaurant steak I have eaten.Also ordered the Maryland clam chowder. The soup was very bland had no seasoning at all.Not impressed at all most likely will not return. I can say with absolute certainty that they should take steak off their menu. That steer died in vain.

Nice atmosphere. The wines were good. My favorite was the Cabernet Sauvignon. The stuffed flounder was good. The shrimp and corn chowder very flavorful.
