Shane's Rib Shack - Loganville

I give them two stars because if the lack of cleaning at this point. The floors were not cleaned very long. They are very sticky and you can clearly see the layers of Grimm on them. I mentioned it to the lady in the register her answer was company just give them to use $200 per month allowance for cleaning, say what? Last time in this place never again

Moved to Loganville and thought I would try one of my favorite BBQ place. The first time I went, they did not make orders for at least 30 minutes. The second time on the lab day. Open my order and it was basically 2 spoons full of chopped pork and 5 wings. Pays 20 for it and added a 4 tip. Not back.

I was in Loganville Ga and I never got my food. I spoke to the Lady Manager that I asked her three times to apologize for not having received my food and please go to the kitchen and see what the problem is. She said I was rude. I went out without my food or money. There were only 4 customers in the restaurant.

I had to wait quite a while to pick up my order, and I noticed that other customers were also expressing their frustrations about the long wait for their meals. It seemed like they were understaffed. The girl at the register ended up having to help pack the food in the back. On the bright side, my meal was really good, and they got my order correct. This was my first visit to the restaurant.

Delicious! The Big Daddy Sandwich, which features pulled meat on garlic bread, along with fries, was fantastic! I loved it, and my dogs were eyeing it with envy! I'm so glad you were open tonight on Memorial Day to provide a meal for my family when I didn't feel like cooking!
