Jim's Restaurants - Live Oak

Nikki and Kim are amazing! They serve the best coffee in town and the food is fantastic!

If the service and food were consistently excellent, I would rate this place 5 stars. However, every time I visit this location, I find myself hoping for a good experience! The eggs are sometimes cooked perfectly, while other times they're not. Sometimes my coffee cup is always full, and other times I have to wait or call the server over for a refill! Although this restaurant is closer to my home, I often choose to drive further to the Jim's near Rolling Oaks Mall because the service and food are more reliably good there.

Great all around. Christopher was a great server. Went here after going to the Perrin-Bietel location where me and my dad sat and waited for 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged us. Won't be going back there again. O'Connor and 35, that Jim's knows what's up!!!!

This restaurant is fantastic! The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. My family had a wonderful time dining at Jim's today.

The only thing, knowing it’s an old building, the women’s bathroom ceiling has a leak. Other than that, the staff is so wonderful, caring, and the food is always on point. The best blueberry pancakes, and my husband loves the chicken and waffles. My son loves the silver dollar pancakes! I pray that the Lord blesses this business and the people who step foot there. In Jesus name AMEN
