Five Guys - Live Oak

Large sign outside says open 7 days the week 11-10. only to turn away because they were closed at 9:00. I wasn't the only person who was turned away. I see they're only open until 9 o'clock. no sign at the place.

Completely rude and ill-mannered employees towards delivery drivers I've been here six times five of the times I picked up the orders everybody was extremely rude the sixth time it took me 5 minutes to get there l walk in the door the order is not even being made when there's nobody in the restaurant. Will never step foot in a five guys ever again

Food was good. Restaurant was not real clean and they were out of ice.Employees were very nice

I used to love five guys and I did not have it for a while. I never order from this location so I thought I would give it a shot. I was charged $92 for my order and got subpar food. The burgers had a little bits of what seems like bone, and they never added the bacon and other toppings to the order. When the order was picked up they weren’t busy there should have been no reason for this. Never going to five guys again.

Other than being over-priced the business was filthy. Tables were dirty and weren't disinfected after each customer and trash cans were overflowing. Hamburgers and fries were mediocre at best.
