Romas Pizza Pasta - Little Elm

I called on Sunday to command one. the young lady answered and she was right from the flea mouse rude. I put up a record job and she was like they just said a teller. I asked her that I had to order two plates and she was rudely corrected. After I gave me the same weight I asked her, the prizes went up. she said, yes, after the move with her hire, I told her that I cancel and hang my order. I usually spend about $60 a month and I'm happy to take my business differently where. I would never go away from this place. this is not the first time, either with the posture. All women working there have a chip on their shoulder. it is as if they ask them to go out of the way to get them a coke or an extra sauce.

If they are looking for modest American food, then this place is for them. eating is ok, but the pasta is not made from scratches. great portions. overall it is a nice place to bring a young family to dinner. young men: if they are looking for a place to eat that impress their date, they are looking elsewhere. is shown the fatuccine carbonara and pizza.

6 all loved eating except me. my auberginenparm was like gum. Maybe it was old? Apart from the Auberginen textur, the aromes of the plate were good. I tasted a little bit from everyone else and it was good.

I ordered 2 slices of pizza to go and once inside, decided to stay instead. my 4 yo grand devoured her pfefferoni disc and said that this was the most wonderful pizza ever she decided when I grew up, I want to do what she did (grown) the workers heard this sharpshooter and dedicated her so sweet! she got ice on the house to finish her huge disc, eating here was the highlight of our day for sure. it was delish.

My mother called in an order last night for pizzas and was delivered pasta instead. I heard her place the order, I was sitting next to her. She clearly said I need 2 large chicken alfredo pizzas, add onion, spinach and mushroom to one and leave the other plain Chicken fettuccine' was delivered instead. When she called back to clear up the situation, the owner was combative and told her that she ordered fettuccine, which she certainly did not. He argued with her and told her that he could not read her mind unbelievable! He also said he would charge her for pasta AND pizza! She told him the driver took the pasta back and he agreed to just cancel, thank goodness. When she tried to make her case for ordering actual pizzas he HUNG UP ON HER! If she initially said she wanted pasta, why would she say large'?? Why would she add all those veggies? TERRIBLE customer service. He completely misunderstood her and tried to turn it around on her.
