Taco Bell - Little Elm

We stopped at this restaurant for a family dinner on our way home. We ordered chicken quesadillas and burritos through the drive-thru, and when we got home and opened the food, it wasn't what we ordered. It was disappointing and ruined our dinner. I tried to call to complain, but no one answered. We ended up driving 20 minutes back to return the food and get a refund. The manager and staff were very nice and friendly, and they helped me get a refund.

I love ordering the Doritos Locos Tacos! Please don't ever remove them from the menu! They are consistently fast with fulfilling orders at this Taco Bell location. The staff always gets my order right, and I've never had any issues with this particular restaurant.

Update April 2022: Last night, my wife and I ordered from this restaurant (via Uber Eats) and had one of the worst experiences ever. We're not sure if it was a mistake or if the workers thought it would be funny because we had requested extra hot sauce packets (as they often don't include enough in our order), but the ground beef was mixed with an excessive amount of spice. A friend took a bite before we realized, and they ended up suffering from terrible heartburn and stomach pain all night. Everyone else experienced heartburn, swollen lips, and burning tongues from just one bite. It was a truly unpleasant evening. This morning, we woke up still in pain from the ordeal. Who does that? I hope it was a mistake, because if it was intentional, I'm sure a lawsuit would be the best course of action.

I misunderstood my command. (cheesy gordita crunch combo) they gave me 3 tacos. they asked for a correction and gave me what they see on the photo. we had already driven off and then found out that 1 of the 3 tacos had the soße that comes on the cheesy gordita crunch lol. who is cooking and appetizer does not seem to care (Saturday3/26 at 15 o'clock.

Every time my family gets food here ... which is rare because it's wrong every time now. Missing food, pay extra for different type of meat on belle grande got literally like 2 to 3 pcs of steak, and just overall waste of money. Half cup of cheese, literally 80 percent tortilla on the 5 layer burrito, quesadilla not cut. Last two trips missing food. Too far to drive to go back. CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
