Pollo Regio - Little Elm

I started to visit Pollo Rigios Colony site when I moved to Plano Texas in 2011. The food was very good, so I wrote a very positive what I think was their first ever Google review. Four or five years later that places food began to sink, and what was a visit twice a month remained together with the recommendations. In 2021 we bought a new home in the northern part of the colony. A few months ago, I noticed that there was another location of Pollo Rigio in Little Elm, which was quite close. In recent months I have been there many times and the food was far superior to what the Colony site had, from their fried beans to their chicken, until always friendly Luis, (give him an increase), help you with your order. For the kind of restaurant I would give them 5. Then why the 4 points? So I always go there on Fridays or Sundays. While Fridays are always great, Sundays are good, not as good as Fridays. I'd like to talk about it here.

I love this chicken, food is always tasteful and delicious. Staff are friendly and fast. I love picking dinners from here orders are always accurate

Terrible and disappointed! $17.00 for burnt chicken, I can't believe that they are actually involved and served. The salsa bar was dried and empty. I loved her food, I think.

I've been a customer for a long time. The food was good before. Recently they left old chicken and sauce could be of many days before my stomach got hurt. Would never come again!

Those beans taste like my grandma's...homemade! I really enjoy all the fixings that come along with the meal. Great option for a quick family meal.
