Wendy's - Lititz

The customer service was incredibly slow! We waited at least 7 minutes inside before anyone took our order, despite only one person being ahead of us. It took another 12 minutes to receive our taco salads. The staff seemed more focused on chatting than on serving customers, showing no sense of urgency whatsoever. I definitely won’t be returning here. Fast food is no longer even remotely fast!

This is not a fast food restaurant! It has the slowest drive-thru I've ever experienced—I waited for 20 minutes in line. Additionally, it states that the lobby is open until 10 PM, but the doors were locked when I arrived.

I enjoy visiting this place for a cold drink and a chili while watching the lively atmosphere around me. I was pleasantly surprised by a warm cup of chili broth, which was a nice touch. However, the staff seemed a bit out of it, almost zombie-like. The most amusing moment came when I was about to leave and spotted the manager discreetly picking his nose in the back, glancing at his finger, and then going in for another round. Seriously? That kind of behavior is unacceptable, and he definitely needs to be addressed about it.

I went in for breakfast at about 830am. No one was at the front counter. I had to ask where the breakfast menu was, they turned the spinning menus around to the breakfast menu. After receiving my order (sandwich, home fries, cold coffee), the counterperson disappeared. There was no cream for my coffee and I had to get someone 's attention for cream. Then I had to get thecook 's attention to ask for napkins since there were none in the dining room and none came with my meal. He brought me papertowels that were literally torn in half. Then I tried to get ketchup for the home fries but both ketchup vats were empty. Whenthe cook came out to bring a couple more half paper towels, I said It seems like you guys weren 't ready for customers. Hesaid What do you mean? I said There was no cream, no ketchup and no napkins. He said the person who orders the trucks isnot very good. The only reason I rated at 2 stars instead of one is that the sandwich and coffee was pretty good.

Fries were old and barely warm. Nuggets were soft on the outside, barely warm. Burger had a ton of cold shredded cheese on top and was truly pitiful. Used to love this location. Basically my whole order was leftovers
