Baskin Robbins has consistently been the top ice cream shop in Lismore. I've been coming here for five years, and since Luke took over, the service quality has been outstanding. As a daily customer, I’m always welcomed with warm smiles and friendly assistance. With such a wonderful selection of creamy treats, you really can't go wrong!

Baskin Robbins is the top ice cream shop in town, offering a fantastic selection of 32 flavors of ice cream for you to choose from. They also serve milkshakes, thick shakes, ultimate shakes, and vertical sundaes, among many other delicious treats. However, what truly stands out is their friendly staff and excellent customer service!

WOW.... Great Customer Service... Mia greeted us with a cheery , positive attitude and a winning smile to match. She made us feel warmly welcome and gave great suggestions with regard to flavours and combinations. Mia is an asset to this business and a credit to her upbringing and training. Perhaps she should come and work for us? Excellent experience, thank you Baskin-Robbins.

Great establishment, has really nice and bubbly staff who provide quick and friendly service. All products I have bought have meet all expectations and are delicious. Store is also very clean and presentable. A large variety of options are available including made to order cakes, sundaes, waffles and more. The price for some products can be a bit high, however I believe it is worth the cost for the high quality products. This Baskin-Robbins store has good, consistent opening hours which is a bonus. Definitely recommend a visit.
