Dunkin' - Lisbon

I am a regular, always in for my morning coffee . All of the other workers are absolutely wonderful except for one. Her name is April she is not only rude and vile but she often bullies the other staff members. She has fixed her attitude towards most of the customers but She is making the workplace toxic for all who are stuck working with her. She has recently made several new employees cry because she will sit there and berate them for the smallest mistakes wether there are customers in the store or not. If she knew what professionalism was and acted accordingly this store would receive 5 stars. It is unfair that she does absolutely nothing but talk to her significant other while all other workers are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Then having to deal with verbal abuse from someone who does not hold the manager title. I hate seeing anyone sad or upset and I get retail jobs can be stressful but coworkers should work together and in a positive workplace. Whenever this individual is paired with anyone other than the manager the atmosphere is tense like everyone is walking on eggshells. It is a shame that this is happening and I feel bad for the newer workers who are already nervous that they will mess things up and some customers can also be vile and impatient so I do not think they need the added stress from this employee. This review in no way, shape or form should be directed at this establishment or any other staff members. Like I previously stated everyone and I mean every other worker/manager are absolutely amazing people and make my mornings special!! They deserve so much more than being brought down by one bad apple. Kid-friendliness: Like previously stated above 99.9 percent of the staff in this location are wonderful, kind, friendly and helpful. However there is one individual who is not friendly or kind and lacks any sort of professionalism while in the workplace. She bullies other woman employees and I have witnessed it on several occasions. This is disgusting behavior and will impact your business on days this lady is working.

Dude why is it the owner of this dunkin only staffs ONE frigging person to run both drive through and counter on SATURDAY MID DAY. Every weekend there are lines out the door inside and out with one poor employee trying to do that AND mobile orders it's absolutely ridiculous. Stop being a cheap Fawk and staff your store through the afternoon. Sure evening you probably only need one person but at 1230 when everyone's out and about there's one person stuck by themselves it's absolutely disgusting
