Amazing cakes and pastries. Super homey and welcoming. The place is beautifully decorated and gives so much good vibes. Everything is fresh and super affordable. Nice staff. A great local café with lunch options as well.

Nearby Prazeres cemetery (05-10m walking), there is one of the best pastries in city. The croissants are superb. The decoration its very nice. The price in some itens are below average.

Staying in an Airbnb we didn't have any breakfast on our first morning. Headed to the Time Out market for grub and nothing was open! Quick internet search and we found this place with great reviews. Headed over there on Uber and though it felt a bit out of the way it was really worth the effort. We supped coffee and ate far too many pastries which were all excellent. Started off with a mini quiche type thing first, warm chocolate croissant, the custard tarts of course and then finished with a flat fried bread thing that tasted like a doughnut. You really have to stand at the counter and point to things unless you speak the lingo of course. Anyway, highly recommended. Nice clean place full of locals. And whilst you are in the area try the local indoor market which is a little walk away (will review separately). Meant to say it's very reasonable too cost wise.

Descobriu um dos lugares mais amigáveis e acolhedores do bairro onde moro numa destas casas. > O botica do café é, sem dúvida, um ponto de parada para adicionar no meu script de fim de semana. Excelente qualidade produtos, uma variedade surpreendente, super simpática equipe fazer um ótimo lugar para começar o dia.

Bolos típicos maravilhosos. Recomendo o pão de molho. em meus anos tomamos um bolo de estilo conventual feito com wafers de noz e camadas de ovos doces e açúcar no topo que era para comer do primeiro à última fatia. fugir para os doces típicos.
