The service here is always top-notch. Every time we come in, the staff are friendly and polite. Today, when the cash register was down, they even gave us our coffee for free. I was genuinely surprised and grateful. Thank you, team, you made my day!

The location of Dieucks is great. The service was excellent, with both staff members working that day delivering exceptional service. They had good product knowledge and provided friendly service. Although I am a regular Starbucks customer in London, this was my first time in the Hampshire area and I must say it was the best service I have received. We ordered three cortados and an innocent foam. The atmosphere was quiet and friendly, and both staff members named Molly delivered five-star service with their product knowledge and helpful, friendly approach. The coffee order was made perfectly as requested, and the staff also suggested trying it with the blonde option next time, which I will definitely do.
