We thought here was a late lunch on the recommendation of an earlier guide. The food was delicious and because the restaurant is on the second story, you have a pretty good view of the sea during the meal. I had the chicken plate containing Caribbean style rice and beans made with coconut milk. A few notes: Sign up at the restaurant says the name is Mr. Maxie's now. You do not accept American Express as most Costa Rican companies.

Best food in CR! We tried the Caribbean dishes and were in LOVE. Wonderful service!

Not the cheapest choice in Manzanillo, but there are Caribbean cuisine, huge portions and views of the sea
