Food is always cold, it has sat too long before being served so not freshly cooked. The wings are half the size they should be and after complaining that the food was cold the manager refused to refund our money so a letter to head office now insisting on a full refund or the local papers will get to hear about this and a health check on their premises will be asked for too as the food tastes stale.

Today I visited this branch for lunch with my daughter when I got my meal there was no sauces so I asked the girl with a bad attitude told me 30 cents each..I thought this was terrible so I ate without sauce. After finishing I went back to the counter to get my ice cream where she was again but this time she was serving a young man he also asked for sauces she gave him a few and ther was no charge ....if there are rules then stick to them not decide if ones face fits or not! I will less than keen to go back to this branch of KFC and will go Burger King in future. Staff training needed.
