Savoy - Limerick

My wife and I had a nice stay of jan all the employees were nice, most helpful. the room and suite was nice, comfortable had everything we needed. breakfast lunch and dinner was nice. jessica went over and over and did everything possible to ensure that our stay was very special thanks again. we'll be back soon.

A group of us stayed this weekend in your hotel. I couldn’t recommend the hotel highly enough. It is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Limerick. The Hen party was fantastic and so well Co ordinated by your event staff, from activities ,to our meal ,to the bar and restaurant staff ,the Concierge desk and our gorgeous bedroom not to forget the fantastic breakfast we were served the following morning from an extensive menu to our table It was simply the best Top marks. We were very impressed with your service and the ambiance of the hotel.

The service and atmosphere were excellent, alas the food was very poor and a big disappointment to the majority of my party.

Stayed on Sunday night in an Executive King Room. We had access to an executive lounge on our floor which was an extra treat. The lounge had a balcony with beautiful views. Our room had a balcony also. Our room was lovely. Only complaint from me was the mattress was soft so I had a terrible night's sleep.It didn't stop my wife from sleeping. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff we met were very pleasant. The hotel is located in the middle of the city which is very convenient for shopping etc. We will be back if there's a room with a solid mattress.

Stayed for two nights for a hen party. Hotel were very accommodating and we had breakfast two mornings and dinner on one evening at the hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and I enjoyed the molton brown toiletries. I was queried about payment on arrival but everything had been prepaid. I thought they would of had clearer records on file. Also, there was a staff member in my room when I opened the door on arrival. There was a great choice for breakfast and we weren't rushed which made for leisurely breakfast. Brilliant choice for dinner but group times were either early or late would have preferred a 7pm stay. Location is convenient, we could walk to all others bars. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend to a hen group looking for a classy hen.
