Empanadas Paulistas - Lima

With Chicharron or with corn and cheese? Or worse with aji de gallina or Morcilla? You'll find them all here and the great thing is that the dough is really thin and everything is really hot. Definitely delicious stuff... The sauces are not special, and the place is not the cleanest of all...(as many people eat like....and leave things back)

We went right next to Sheraton Lima to the mall. It is a small stand on the lower level, near the food dish. They serve only empanadas and are excellent. They freeze them fresh and you can choose from a range of local or international themes. You can also choose from a range of delicious sauces. The crust is beautiful and thin, but solid enough to hold the meat. There is also a very generous amount of filling so you get a lot of meat in every bite. They really enjoyed it. We have a box to go so that we can enjoy this on the plane home (instead of eating this tasteless food on the plane). - Yeah. Also a great value.

Visiting Plaza Norte for lunch. Good service and reasonable prices I thought but their empenadas were quite boring. Far from the better I've eaten in Peru. The coffin was fine.

Realmente me encanta comer aquí cuando la tentación de empanadas es grande, aunque no sólo eso. Las empanadas son riquísimas. Las masas son muy buenas y todos los rellenos están muy ricos, además que hay una gran variedad. Cuando vi que había de pollo a la brasa pensé que sería muy seco, pero todo lo contrario, es jugoso y el sabor delicioso. Siempre que pueda comeré aquí.

Una variedad interesante. La masa increíble, una cualidad general de las empanadas peruanas. Me gustó
